It's officially the dark season and the sun is down by 530pm. It's cold, there's snow and ice, and this is just the beginning of it.

The winter blah's are here! We all, to varying degrees, deal with lower vitamin D levels, weird sleep, being cold most of the time, and wearing umpteen layers of clothes and scarves and winter hats and gloves and boots and long johns and I don't know about you but all that plus my hood up and shrugging against the wind has me making the angry baby face.

HOWEVER! Massage therapy can help!

No it won't melt the snow, bring back the sun ahead of the seasonal schedule, or deliver you to Trinidad for some beach time. But it will support you by

  • relieving muscle tension

  • reduce cranky muscle spasms or pain spots

  • help you find rest and calm

  • foster some good human connection time

PS -- most of us have table heaters, heating pads, warm hands, and friendly hearts. In the dark time of the year it is coming together with others in community that have helped humans endure the winter. Spring is just around the bend.
